Alameda CEO Caroline Ellison takes plea deal, faces no criminal charges

A recently unsealed plea agreement shows that Caroline Ellison, the CEO of Alameda Research, pleaded guilty to seven fraud charges. In return for cooperating with authorities, Ellison faces a $250,000 fine and forfeiture of any assets she obtained from FTX money.
